State Capitol Closed to Public Indefinitely

DENVER - March 18, 2020 - The Colorado state capitol will be closed to the public indefinitely.

In order to adhere to social distancing guidelines from the Colorado Department of Public Health &, Environment and the Center for Disease Control, the capitol building will remain closed to the public until further notice.Staff and members of the media will continue to be allowed in the building at this time.

DENVER - Mar. 16, 2020 - Pursuant to HJR20-1007, the Second Regular Session of the 72nd General Assembly is Temporarily Adjourned until 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 30, 2020.

Division of Human Resources Emergency Rulemaking (Effective March 13, 2020)

The Colorado Department of Personnel & Administration, Division of Human Resources has issued emergency administrative procedures regarding the Personnel Director's Administrative Procedures, Chapters 3 and 5 pursuant to Governor Polis issuing Executive Order 2020 003 regarding the COVID-19 virus.

The Emergency Administrative Procedures are effective March 13, 2020

Please note that emergency administrative procedures expire in 120 days.

2019 State of Colorado Employee Engagement Survey Results
