Architectural/Engineering services are requested for Master Planning and an Opinion of Probable Cost for the partial relocation and expansion of the Colorado Army National Guard (COARNG) from Camp George West in Golden Colorado to a 30-acre parcel at the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (RMMA) within the jurisdiction of Westminster, Colorado.
The anticipated buildings included as part of this effort are a Field Artillery Readiness Center, a Future Maintenance Shop, Heated and Unheated Warehouse Buildings and a Central Issue Building.
