Global Energy Park (Glo Park) Project

The Global Energy Park (Glo Park) is a cutting-edge, clean, and renewable energy research and innovation campus located near the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). It aims to foster collaboration among industry, government, and academia to develop sustainable energy solutions. The park offers purpose-built laboratory and office spaces, a data-visualization center, and networking opportunities with NREL and other partners. It also features green amenities like nature trails, an outdoor amphitheater, and a walkable, bikeable campus.

The campus will consist of two parts: the North Campus, housing established leaders in clean energy, and the South Campus, serving as a hub for startups and entrepreneurs with incubators and accelerators. The park's design emphasizes community access, educational trails, and open spaces to engage the public in clean energy technology and careers.

Glo Park's mission is to address global energy challenges and fight climate change by bringing together national and global energy scientists, researchers, policymakers, and business leaders. The goal is to deliver technology solutions that can be replicated worldwide and support the nation's ambitious clean energy goals while creating job opportunities and addressing environmental and climate impacts on disadvantaged communities.
